How it works

The process is simple.   First, we meet with you to understand your challenges, the change you’d like to see in your team, and to co-design your half-day facilitated team workshop.

In advance, we will provide you with carefully crafted messages to share with your team, so they are looking forward to the workshop and are positively engaged in the process.  

Then, your team will be asked to complete a short online survey, using the TMP psychometric profiling tool designed for personal, team, and leadership development.  Team members receive a personalised report that highlights their work preferences.

The results provide insights into:

  • What energises them at work

  • How they make decisions and collaborate

  • The roles they prefer to play in a team

By combining individual results, the TMP creates a map of your team’s collective strengths and highlights areas that may need attention. These insights form the foundation of our workshop, where we guide your team through meaningful discussion and help turn insights into practical, actionable plans that strengthen connection and performance.
